PLEASE use a scale to measure all you ingredients- baking is a science and weighing your ingredients is MUCH more accurate

  • I used President’s Choice Berry Cherry blend - a nice assortment of dried fruit
  • I wish I would have added some sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds

The Results

My rating of this recipe is 5 out of 5. It’s definitely a dense bread. It toasts beautifully and pairs beautifully with yogurt. It’s all you need, to start your breakfast out right.
