A recipe from Bake the Seasons by Marcella DiLonardo found on page 56.
A nice side dish for a special evening dinner.
Ingredients
I could not get my hands on chard so I used all spinach.

My rating of this recipe is 3 out of 5. Maybe it lost something because I didn’t have the chard.
This dish also makes a ton. As a side dish you only need a very small portion. Recipe states serves 4-6; if you are planning for 4-6 I would cut recipe in half.
We had a lot leftover, so I used the next morning with poached eggs. I have to say I enjoyed the dish more the next day.
