- I added 65grams of ruby chocolate

The Results
My rating of this recipe is 5 out of 5. I added a ganache topping - see below
- 100 grams semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- put chocolate in a heatproof bowl
- heat cream until just simmering
- pour cream over chocolate and let rest for 5 min
- stir until smooth
I topped each brownies with a strawberry cream truffle .
