Ingredients
- I replaced pie dough with puff pastry
- I replaced the mozzarella with goat cheese (chèvre)
The Assembly
Follow steps from the Rainbow Carrot Tart on page 50. I sprinkled some Parmesan around the edges of puff pastry.
The Results
My rating on this recipe is 5 out of 5. It was a great mash-up. I do think the original recipe would also be amazing as well. I served with a drizzle of balsamic and olive oil, very yummy!
